A logistics company in Genting Lane is hiring:
Logistics Supervisor
Job Scope:
- To assist the manager on daily warehousing & deliveries.
- To manage the delivery team, riders and drivers, and monitor the status of delivery.
- To ensure all goods are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- To manage vehicle maintenance.
- To monitor the staffs attendance and punctuality.
- To ensure all orders are packed correctly by packers.
- To handle incoming and outgoing stocks.
- To manage inventory of the warehouse (including damages)
- To conduct daily inventory check.
- To coordinate with warehousing team & delivery team to ensure smooth daily operation & task.
- Respond promptly and follow up on feedback, complaints etc.
- Recovery for delivery team on service failures.
Job Requirements:
- Class 3 license
- Min 2 years supervisory experience in Logistics environment.
- Knowledge of concept in warehousing and inventory management.
- Possess good analytical, trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, team player & customer-centric
5.5 days work week
